Its funny watching Robotech after all these years… I ordered the first series on DVD (and the second two should arrive in a few days) and watched the Macross Saga yesterday… It took the whole day, but I had a blast.

Yeah, it was cheesy. Yeah, the art isn’t what I’m used to. But I loved it.

There were a few things that I was remembering wrong… Like, I was *sure* that minmei sang during several battles. Nope. Just one.

I wish I could remember how often this series ran… ’cause they only had about 36 episodes for a show that ran 4 years… Must have been a hell of a lot of reruns.
