[EDIT: turned into sitting in traffic while paramedics treated a downed rider just west of neptune’s net (he wasn’t moving, but he was strapped down) and riding the asses of a stream of cars and one chopper on my way up Decker… Time for an apple and laundry]

Its too late to try to figure anything out. But the rent check has been written, bills paid for the month… time to go do shots of cold filtered water and think about sleep.

So, I’m n the middle of a conversation when I see two people arrive at my cube… I look over and recognize the head developer and a project manager.

The developer (who I work with a lot) sees the recognition on my face and starts laughing.

“What’s broke?”, I ask…

I won’t get into what’s broke, because its boring. Important, but boring. No, the thing that has my thoughts right now is how goki knew exactly what I was thinking… I just think we’ve had this conversation too many times.

They’re never going to let me go home.
